Each class will be 1 hour long workout with a heart rate tracker on that gives us a clear indication of how challenging the workouts are! This helps us challenge you and guide you to the results you are looking for!
We know that weights and high intensity can be challenging, but we have made these classes manageable for all levels! The exercises are designed to help you improve your ability instead of "getting through it".
