Things to know about our classes!
F.I.T. or Functional Intensity Training means training with the intention to improve your ability to perform exercises, all while getting a great sweat on!
Classes are 1hr in length for the time being, and completely online.
You can sign up for classes and pay online. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to the class. If you lose the link, let us know by email email@example.com and we will send it back to you!
The workouts are designed to hit everyone's individual fitness level as we give modified versions of each exercise. This makes sure no one gets left behind!
Workouts will vary each day will focus on a different area or a different structure. This keeps things fresh.
There is no major equipment needed for any of the classes. Just comfy workout clothes and an exercise matt! Most exercises will benefit from additional equipment that you may have access to.
