"You aren't bad at math, you just don't have a grasp of the fundamentals"
My Credentials:
Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Science from McGill University
Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association
My uncle saved my academic career and changed how I approached learning. After high school I was struggling with math; he quickly saw the issue wasn’t ability—it was shaky fundamentals. We rebuilt the base, and everything clicked.

More than fifteen years later, that same principle drives my work: build fundamentals first, then stack performance. It’s how I help elite and world-class athletes make meaningful, measurable leaps in their careers.

I’ve been in the field for 16+ years, including a role with the Montreal Canadiens’ AHL affiliate, the St. John’s IceCaps. I’ve worked with numerous professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes, specializing in practical systems that turn fundamentals into on-ice speed, resilience, and results.

I’ve blended Exercise Science with Rehab Science so you don’t miss your window for progress—just the right plan, at the right time, for the right result.
Ready to level up your performance? Let’s get to work.
