Rules for Athlete Pods

2. Auto‑renew (Pod Membership only)

  • Pod Membership renews every 4 weeks on the same card.

  • Before each new 4‑week block, we send you a reminder email.

  • If you want to pause or stop, just tell us before the next billing date, and we won’t renew the next block.

3. Tracking your sessions

  • When you log into your Owen Performance portal, you can see:​

    • How many are left

    • When your next session is

  • Every time you book a pod, the system takes 1 session off your total for that block

1. How many sessions do we get?

  • Pod Membership Pack:

    • You pay every 4 weeks.

    • Your athlete gets 4 pod sessions in those 4 weeks.

    • This works out to about 1 pod per week.

    • Pods are sold in 4‑week blocks, not as a big bank of sessions

  • Flex Pack:

    • You pay one time.

    • You get 4 pod sessions to use any time.

    • These sessions do not expire.

    • There is no auto‑renew.

4. Cancelling a booked pod

  • Need to cancel a pod session?

    • Please do it at least 12 hours before the session starts.

  • Late cancels or no‑shows count as a used session, because that spot was held for your athlete.

5. Do sessions roll over or carry forward?

  • Pod Membership sessions do NOT roll over.

    • After each 4‑week block, any unused sessions expire and we start fresh.

  • If you want sessions that never expire, choose the Flex Pack instead.

    • That’s the “use whenever” option and costs more per session because it’s fully flexible.

6. Changing your plan

  • Want to switch from Pod Membership to Flex Pack or back?

    • Just talk to us or send us a message before your next 4‑week billing date.

  • We’ll make the change for the next block.
