As a kid obsessed with sports all my life, I’ve spent all of my late teens until now diving deep into sports performance, studying how the body moves, trains, recovers, and competes at the highest level.

 

This combined with my current studies in Athletic Therapy and experience working with high-level athletes helps me get a full understanding of how to build elite athletes.
