Welcome to the blog!

I’m excited to be able to share this with you. I’m (Leila) not present in many videos, so this blog gives me to share some of my experiences.

I’ll post answers to questions I get. Essentially anything that helps you avoid wasted time away from your sport and ways to get back to your sport after being injured.
